Take A Break.
Press the Triangle button whilst next to a chair. After your character sits, press the Analog-stick to change the camera angle.
Stop Faster.
Press Triangle + Circle.
Sharp Turns.
Hold Left or Right then press Triangle to make a sharp turn in any direction. U-turns are also easily accomplished this way.
Get Out Off A Flying Car.
Press Triangle + Up when you drive and jump. You will get out off the car, and your car will drive full speed farther. Note: This cannot be done while the police are chasing you.
Recover Flipped Car.
Hold Circle and alternately press Left and Right to turn over a flipped car.
Immunity cheat in Rio
You start by facing the interstate. Make a U-turn and go the other way. Turn right at the third street, which will take you past the big lake. Immediately after the lake is an intersection. Turn left there to find a building with a garage door and a regular door. That building should have a barbed-wired fence at the top of it. To open the door, you need to go to the huge building to the right. It is black with white windows. There is a door on the very left side of this building, which is facing the other building you are trying to open. Push Triangle at that door to unlock the immunity cheat for no police. To access this cheat, select "Gameplay", then "Secrets" at the options screen.
Secret car in Las Vegas
Take the first right turn and follow it down. Turn left to go to the Tropicana area. Turn right at the second street, then take the first left turn. Follow the "S" curve and stop at the crosswalk. Look left to see a gate and a building. Follow that building with the four cones in front of it. At the end of the building is an opened gate. Turn in there and you will see the switch next to the fence at the end of the building. Get out of your car and walk over to the switch. Press Triangle to open the gate you first saw. Get back in your car and drive around into the now open area. The secret car will be behind the building in front of you.
Havana Cheat
Look on the map and you will see a long windy bit of road that goes out to the west. Go along this road and you shall see a fenced off base. You can open it. Drive around the base and look for 5 or 6 trees very close to each other. Near this there is a switch. Press Triangle to flick the switch and the door swings open. Havana - this is a continuation of the above cheat. When you enter the tunnel of the secret area, go straight past the two openings to the left. Follow this corridor down to an opening - go left (be careful not to fall off the ramp) follow this to the first opening on the left. Take this corridor down to another room - on the other side of the room you will see a secret car on a platform, the switch is on the far wall, use triangle to activate. The car will lower, get in and the platform will raise you back up to the grass. (You can see this opening when you drive around in the grass of the secret area, don't drive in or you'll trash the secret car and have to do this all over again!).
Secret Havanna Car
First drive towards the tunnel located at the west end of the city. Right before the tunnel there is a road to your left, take it. Drive on this road to the end to reach a wall. Then turn right once you are around 1/3 of the way down and you will find the switch, which is by some trees on your right. Get out of the car and walk to the switch and press Triangle , a secret area will open. Now get back into your car and head back to the road you just came from. The gate shoudl be open now, and you can drive in and keep going straight, don't take any eft turns. Once you get to the end, turn right and go down, then make left turns. Once you are to the bottom of this road turn left, right, then left. Now follow a tunnel and you will see a platform. There is a switch on the side of the platform, hit that switch. Now the platform will lower and you will be able to use the car.
Chicago Secret Car
Go north and find Wrigley Field. Go to the northwest end of the ballpark and park your car and get out. Now walk over to Where it says tickets and press the Triangle button. Now a secret area located in the southeast corner will open up, get back in your car and drive through the passage you just opened into the ballpark. Drive over the ramp, get out of your car then walk up the ramp, take a right, and follow the walkway you will see. Another secret car will now be at your disposal.
